The Hero to Your Villain

I may be the villain in your childhood storybook
But the words are vile lies of the one known as Captain Hook
For the truth is, I was once lost in the London streets
When Peter Pan offered reprieve
From the chaos of my mind.
With pixie dust, I soared high
Turned at the second star on the right
And ended up in the Land of Never.

Rune has grown up all of her life in the mountainous northern nation of Kansanai. As granddaughter of the Senior Elder, she has been a devout believer of the Vihishki gods her whole life. Yet, when a prophet challenges the Vihishki gods against his Aivan, the One Truth, everything she thought she knew is turned upside down.
